When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, optional company or brand name, project type, optional investment range and timeline, and your project message. Our hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp for security and diagnostics.
Why and how long
Enquiry data is used to answer your request, prepare a proposal and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We retain correspondence only as long as it remains relevant to the enquiry, a working relationship, legal obligations or the defence of legal claims.
Hosting, email and external links
The website and email delivery rely on hosting and infrastructure providers that may process limited data on our behalf. Portfolio links take you to independent third-party websites with their own privacy practices.
